DESCRIPTION
A small-batch single malt release from Walsh Whiskey with just three casks produced each year. Distilled in 2005, matured for 17 years in a first-fill European oak ex-Oloroso sherry butt and bottled in 2022. Only 600 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered and bottled at 56%.
OFFICIAL TASTING NOTES
Nose: Notes of toasted spice, dried apricots, and exotic fruits.
Palate: Powerful notes of spice and fruit that mix and evolve with oak tannins.
Finish: Long and complex finish with lingering spice and fruit.
