Minuty M Rosé is crafted from vineyards across Provence, where a blend of schist and limestone soils contributes to the wine’s bright and expressive character. The blend consists of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Tibouren, selected for their balance of freshness and fruit purity. Grapes are hand-harvested and swiftly transported to the cellar to preserve freshness. Grapes undergo gentle pressing, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to enhance purity and aromatic expression. The wine is matured briefly in stainless steel to maintain its fresh and fruit-driven profile. The wine was aged in the tank before being bottled with light filtration. Bottled at 12.5%. Nose: Lively aromas of red berries, citrus zest, and white flowers, with a touch of melon.

Palate: Crisp and vibrant, offering flavours of wild strawberries, peach, and a hint of orange blossom.

Finish: Clean and smooth, with lingering notes of citrus and a delicate mineral edge, supported by bright acidity that enhances freshness and length.
