Hope distillery's take on a classic. Distilled the traditional way, using grain spirit as its base, this juniper-forward gin is infused with seven botanicals using a combination of maceration and vapour infusion. The flavour profile has a uniquely South African twist - lemon pelargonium adds bright lemon notes and rosemary gives it a rounded herbaceousness. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Juniper, citrus and coriander.

Palate: Classic citrus and juniper, with some rootier elements emerging.

Finish: A mellow, floral finish.
