A single cask release from the Bushmills distillery in Ireland, bottled by W.D. O'Connell independent bottlers. Distilled in 2008 and fully matured for 12 years in an Oloroso sherry butt. Non-chillfiltered and bottled at a cask strength of 59.2%. (Bottle size 500ml)

Nose: An aroma of white pepper dusted dates , flaked almonds and crushed red grapes.

Palate: Crystallised ginger, caramelised banana, clove spices and sherry soaked raisins.

Finish: Medium with toasted oak, dark chocolate and roasted hazelnuts.
