Blending modern and traditional distilling techniques, Herradura Seleccion Suprema was first introduced in 1995. Distilled from 100% blue weber agave and matured in American white oak barrels for 49 months. Bottled at 40%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Unexpected notes of intense cooked agave, spices and florals.

Palate: Cooked agave, rich vanilla, oak and dried fruit.

Finish: Creamy and long lasting.

Tequila Herradura (meaning horseshoe in Spanish, after a horseshoe was found in the agave fields and kept for luck) was founded in Jalisco by Félix Lópex in 1870 and still produces 100% agave tequilas in the same traditional manner as when it began. Since its acquisition by Brown-Forman in 2007, the brand has gained international recognition.
