2023 is the tenth vintage of Paul Wallace Little Flirt Sauvignon Blanc. As the name suggests she is a little charmer and somewhat flirtatious. Sourced from the highest lying terraces, traversing the feature conical hill on the farm, the west, south and east facing slopes each contribute to a diversity of flavours, which make this wine so appealing. Grapes were harvested on 3 March 2023. Bottled on 18 May 2023 at 13%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Fruit driven nose led by wafts of white pear, granadilla and gooseberry softened by kiwi fruit, golden delicious apples and hints of lime.

Palate: This medley of tropical fruits extends onto the palate where it is further enhanced by an underlying salinity. The mouthfeel captures the purity of Elgin’s fruit, resulting in a layered, well-balanced wine with good length. 

Finish: Refreshing acidity with a lovely flinty minerality and salinity.
