Bortolomiol Miòl DOC Treviso Extra Dry Millesimato is a sparkling wine produced using the Charmat (Martinotti) method. Crafted from Glera grapes grown in the Veneto region around Treviso, Italy, the process begins with gentle pressing off the skins, followed by primary fermentation at controlled temperatures with selected yeasts. The foaming process takes 10 to 20 days, and the wine undergoes refinement for 1 to 2 months. Residual sugar: 13g/l. Bottled at 11%. (Bottle size 750ml)
Nose: Fine, fruity and harmonious, the nose bursts with tropical aromas of pineapple, apricot, and peach, delicately interlaced with hints of citrus zest and subtle floral nuances.
Palate: On the palate, this Extra Dry Prosecco reveals a soft, well-balanced, and velvety texture. Layers of fresh stone fruit and tropical notes unfold gracefully, while its fine perlage lends a creamy, elegant mouthfeel that enhances the overall charm.
Finish: The finish is defined solely by a vibrant burst of crisp acidity that enlivens the palate and leaves a refreshingly persistent, clean conclusion.
